What is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a safe, enjoyable and effective workout based around your goals while taking into account any limitations you may have. Personal Training includes tuition, guidance and motivation via one to one or partner training sessions, simple and effective training programmes as well as nutritional advice and exercise classes.

ASPT’s Approach

Our approach at ‘Ally Saville Personal Training’ is to improve our clients functional strength. After all who doesn’t want to make things in life easier? This is achieved though developing whole body strength and flexibility via regular weight training, functional movement patterns and high intensity cardio. Eating should be enjoyable, here at ASPT we do not promote a low calorie, energy draining diet. Instead we offer nutrition plans which allow you to enjoy food and allow you to perform at the best of your ability.

This is the most effective service if you are looking to change your body shape. A one to one session means you have an hour of undivided attention from your PT, pushing you to the best of your ability but ensuring your techniques are spot on. An effective training programme coupled with sound nutrition plan if followed strictly can produce fantastic results. Programmes tend to last 4-6weeks.

Partner Training

Training with a partner or friend can be just what you need to push yourselves to the best of your ability, nothing like a bit of competitive spirit. Individuals should be of similar level and have similar goals for this service to be most effective. Nutrition plans included.

Group Conditioning (max 5) – £50 per hour

Gather a group of friends and all train together. A fun action packed hour designed to hit the whole body and get a real sweat on. This affordable service is becoming increasingly popular with clients. Recipes sheet included with each session.

 Online Training – 6 Week Programme – £100

Take advantage of this service wherever you are, its ideal for clients who can’t meet with us face to face or just need a push in the right direction. This programme includes a Skype consultation and a full bespoke training and nutrition plan.
