Our most popular class. A well structured, high intensity, adrenaline pumped class designed to really rev up that metabolism to maximise fat burn, improve strength and change your body shape.You will see a dramatic improvement in your cardio fitness, whole body strength, core strength and your ability to push yourself harder than you ever have done before….a real buzz. Mixture of body weight and equipment to maximise your workout. Beginners class available.



A high energy class with fantastic music and motivating instructors riding a varied mixture of flats, hills & sprints to improve cardio fitness and cycling conditioning while burning calories start to finish!

Monday 7.30pm (Duffus) A gruelling action packed class making use of the playing fields in Duffus. This class is done outside regardless of the weather. A mixture of cardiovascular and strength work using a variety of equipment such as tyres, giant tyres, ropes, sleds, kettlebells and more. Come along for a brilliant workout if you are not afraid to get your hands dirty.

Kettlebell Conditioning

Wednesday 5:30pm Learn and master the key KB exercies improving whole body conditioning, posterior chain strength and core strength. Fat burning and strength building are our main goals! Kettlebells are provided for first 3 classes but thereafter you must bring your own or can be purchased from the gym gym. Please contact us for prices.
